- Shipping within the USA: We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the United States. Whether you are located on the East Coast, West Coast, or anywhere in between, we will deliver your order directly to your doorstep.
- Order Processing Time: Once you place an order, please allow us 1-2 business days to process and prepare it for shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- Shipping Methods: We work with reputable shipping carriers specializing in domestic deliveries to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. The available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process. You can choose the shipping method that best suits your needs and timeline.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination within the USA.
- Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time within the USA varies depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen delays during transit.
- Order Tracking: We understand the importance of being able to track your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.
- Business Hours and Contact Information: Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST. If you have any inquiries or need assistance, please contact us during these hours. We usually respond to emails within 24-48 hours of receiving them. If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please call us during our business hours.

Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered. Please review the following guidelines for our return process:
- All returned products must be new, in the same packaging they originally came in, with all the tags still attached, in order to receive full credit less any shipping charges (if any).
- Please be advised that the original shipping charge is non-refundable. When you return a product, you will only be refunded for the cost of the product itself.
- Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Products returned with detached tags, damaged manufacturer-supplied boxes, or in a condition other than how they were shipped out from us may either be refused or charged a restocking fee ranging from $15 up to 50% depending on the condition of the item and the circumstances of the return. We will be fair in assessing the restocking fee and will offer you different options.
- To initiate a return, please follow the instructions outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Make sure to include your order number and reason for return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned items reach us safely.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
